We are a small team that builds custom software and teaches companies to work with AI. We work with distributed systems, with data that stays on the client side, and in open formats, so you can leave us at any point and take everything with you.
We do three things: we take over existing systems nobody dares to touch; we build new ones; and we train your team to carry on without us.

From brief to deployment, with source and documentation.
Inherited code nobody dares to change.
One real process, end to end, with a human approval gate.
Hands-on, on your own systems.
Sites, identity, motion, photography.
For deciding before you start building.
Wikilook Evo is a generator. It turns a written brief into a governed, working software project: versioned, auditable, and running on the client's own disk.
At every decisive point the machine proposes and a human approves. The machine never signs off on its own work. It is proven on two real projects with commit histories behind both: one built from nothing and sold to a paying client, one a takeover of somebody else's codebase.
A versioned blueprint of everything a serious project contains: concept, architecture, requirements, code, tests, packaging, documentation, release.
The machine proposes, a human approves. That is the difference between a tool a regulated company can use and a toy it cannot.
What works is promoted back into the genome. Project twenty starts stronger than project one.
Six screens from the machine as it runs today. Titles that name client work or method are obscured; everything around them is as it is.
Every AI worker in a run is a figure at a desk: who is working, who is idle, which stage sits on which desk, and the library of kits along the wall. A run can be watched live or replayed. Built on the Tyracorn 3D engine.
One run, stage by stage. A project is a numbered sequence of stages, from the first want to the documentation, and every stage has the same shape: input, manual, scaffold, stack, build. Each is frozen and committed before the next begins.
The web console a client walks through to reach the work: one engine, many skins. Twenty phases down the left, each ticked with the time it took; the log of every file written in the middle; the artifacts produced on the right. Here it is replaying a recorded run, which spends nothing.
Many AI sessions at work, one human board. It shows which sessions are working and which are waiting for a person to decide. Nothing moves past a gate on its own.
Unattended workers take mechanical jobs overnight. Each one ends as a diff waiting for review, never as a commit. Nothing commits itself.
People, teams, AI workers and repositories on one zoomable map, with a timeline. Shown here with an invented demo company.
Client and method titles are obscured.
| typical AI builder | Wikilook Evo | |
|---|---|---|
| What you get | A chat transcript and a repository you inherit | A versioned project with a traceable record behind every decision |
| Where it lives | Their cloud, their runtime, their pricing | Your disk, your git, open formats. We can be removed |
| Depth | Demo grade | ERP grade: migrations, auth, integrations, tests, docs |
| Governance | None | A human gate per stage, an identifier per frozen artifact |
| Existing code | Start again | Take it over, characterize it, ship into it |
| Second project | Starts from zero again | Starts from the promoted genome |
Four things we design against, on purpose: lock-in, data leaving the client, a single point of failure, and tools that add work instead of removing it.
